Oh lord, best dream ever. Hands down.
So, last night I dreamed something that ran like a Doctor Who episode!
At first it started out with Bryan and I in an empty movie theater, and we had our laptops hooked up to the movie screen somehow, and we were looking for clues for something. All of a sudden, the world seemed to tilt on its side, and I fell forward. The last thing I remember from the movie theater was my laptop breaking, and me saying "It's okay, I have AppleCare!" before I got sucked into another dimension.
Then I find myself in the kitchen of my mom's house. Everything looks like it did in 1986 - fresh tiles on the floor, smaller fridge, old black and white TV on the fridge. I make my way to the living room, and I see my mom sitting on the couch- she looked so young! There was one baby sitting on her lap, and a little little kid sitting next to her- me. I said "Mom?" and she looked at me, and then at 4 year old me, and then looked like she realized that I was going to grow up to be the woman before her and she smiled. I went towards little me and she said "No, don't touch her- it'll cause a time paradox!" And that's when I knew. I was working with the Doctor. Before I could say anything, she said, "Tell him that his daughter is the key. He needs to find his daughter."
And then before I could say anything else, I found myself in someone's attic, with a group of people clustered around this old vanity table. I went up to it, and noticed I couldn't see my reflection in the mirror, while I could see everyone else's - and the Doctor's as well, but I couldn't see him. I started freaking out, saying "I can't see myself! I can't see myself but I can see him and he's not even here! He's not even here! I have to tell him! His daughter is the key! His daughter is the KEY!" And then he popped into existence next to me, and I hugged him for dear life. (It's probably the closest I will ever get to hugging David Tennant- in my head. XD) He said I did a good job, and we had to head out and find his daughter. And then I woke up.
Oh man, I wish all my dreams were my own personal season of Doctor Who. XD
