1. How’s your tolerance for alcohol?
Rather pathetic, actually.  Two drinks and I'm out.  Sometimes this leads to amusing events, most of the time it just leads to a miserable hangover when I drink beyond my usual 2 drinks.

2. How’s your tolerance for noisy neighbors?
It depends on the kind of noise, and the time of day.  If it's kids being noisy during the day, that's okay.  If it's someone clomping up and down the stairs in the middle of the night, I tend to get cranky.  And if it's some stoner douchebag living underneath me playing the bass line to Stone Temple Pilots' Sour Girl for hours and hours and hours, I tend to get really angry.  (Back a few years ago, when I was living on Bay Street, I had a neighbor like that.  They shut up pretty quickly after Bridget moved in, dealt with them for an hour, and went downstairs to tell them she'd call the cops on them if they kept up their noise pollution.)

3. How’s your tolerance for physical pain?
Eh, I can tolerate it, but I don't like it.  I can tolerate it well enough, I guess- I do have two tattoos, and have sprained my back four times.  Bee stings are the worst, though.  I was miserable when I got stung a few weeks ago.

4. How’s your tolerance for intolerant people?
I can't tolerate intolerant people!  XD  Haha, but seriously, people need to loosen up.

5. How’s your tolerance for bad music?
Depends on what you mean by "bad".  There's music that's bad because the lyrics are ridiculous, there's music that's bad because it's annoying, and then there's music that's bad because whoever's singing has all the musical skill of a yowling cat.

zoning out

Justin sent me a new album to listen to- Supernature by Cerrone. It's one of those albums that I just want to curl up in the dark and listen to while I drift off to it. It's a disco album ("the best disco album ever", Justin says), and I have to admit, I'm enjoying it. I want to light some incense, dim the lights, and drift off, haha.

Student teaching in three days. I'm not sure whether to be excited or utterly terrified. I'll probably spend the next three days slacking off while I can- I work at the computer lab on Sunday night with my friend Kayli, so I might sit around and watch Sailor Moon for five hours, if I can swing it, and work on making scarves.

I think I might just go curl up in bed and zone out for a bit. This album almost makes me wish I'd downloaded it earlier so I could listen to it while I was all woobily on Benadryl. That would have been interesting.
